Is my Website Down?

We check that your website is working and available to your visitors, if for any reason it is not, we will contact you with the problem, to enable you to rectify the situation as soon as possible and get your website working.

We will not check your site so often that it puts a strain on your web server and therefore effects adversely the visitor experience of genuine visitors to your site. We will monitor your website at agreed intervals and times that suits you and avoiding known down times. But we will check your site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year if required.

If there is a fault, we escalate our contact attempts from email, txt to phone calls (depending on time of day) the longer your website is down and with agreed contact points and cover.

We also check that your database driven web pages are working fully and don't produce an error.

We will also supply a variety of IP addresses we use to check your website so you can remove these visits from your visitor statistics.

Free check on your domain is being renewed and that your DNS servers are working correctly are performed.
